Warranty on repair

We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of the work order on most repairs.

Only R-Mobile is authorized to perform warranty work. If you find the same problem persists on the part of the device we have repaired, you can return it during the warranty period. You will need to provide a copy of the work order.

Any damage caused by water, misuse, impact, negligence, alteration or any other attempts by others to repair will void the warranty. For example, The LCD screen is broken or cracked again after repair, it is not covered by the warranty.

It is very important to back up your contacts, data, audio, video and photos before submitting your device (s) for repair. It is possible, and even likely, that when the jobs are done, files will be lost or reformatted. It is understood that R-Mobile will not be held responsible for (if any) these losses.

No warranty on parts sold without installation. We do not offer a refund or exchange on parts sold (LCD screen, touch screen, flexible cables, etc.). All electronic parts are very fragile and we have no control over the handling of these parts so we can not guarantee them and this is without any exceptions. Although we check all the parts sold it is strongly recommended to check carefully the parts before leaving our establishment.
